During the trial we will begin researching, building, launching, and optimizing your marketing system. Campaigns are typically launched within approximately five (5) business days after receiving all required onboarding information and account access. Launch timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. 3. Payments Agency fees are charged directly by Signal Intel Media. Advertising spend is paid separately by the Client directly to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) using the Client's own advertising account. Signal Intel Media never charges or manages your Meta advertising budget. Failure to maintain a valid Meta payment method may result in campaigns being paused. 4. Monthly Service & Cancellation Following the trial period, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled. Clients may cancel their service at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring billing but does not automatically entitle the Client to refunds outside the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. 5. Client Responsibilities To provide the best possible service, Clients agree to: Complete the onboarding questionnaire. Provide Meta Business Manager access. Supply requested business information, branding assets, and approvals. Respond to requests for information or approvals within a reasonable timeframe. Maintain ownership of their advertising accounts and business assets. Delays in providing information or approvals may delay campaign launch and optimization. 6.
